5th NCTOH
The 5th National Conference on Tobacco or Health (NCTOH), hosted virtually (Due to COVID-19) by PGIMER, Chandigarh from September 25th to 27th, 2021, centered on the theme “Multisectoral Convergence for Tobacco-Free India by 2030.” This event brought together experts from diverse fields to address public health challenges in tobacco control and to develop actionable strategies for a tobacco-free India.
Over three days, participants engaged in plenary sessions, panel discussions, symposia, and workshops, focusing on solutions that could be implemented nationwide. The conference facilitated the exchange of best practices and collaborative efforts, advancing India’s commitment to a tobacco-free future by 2030.
